The training is about 9 weeks M-Th for 4 hours and an 9 hour weekend shift. You can choose the time (I think the options were 5-9 or 6-10 during the week and then you chose Saturday or Sunday 9-6). You’re put into a group of about 20 other advisors and you go through virtual training as a team where you learn Apple’s policies and procedures and the most common problems and how how to navigate calls. You then progress to listening to a trainer or another trainee take a call with a trainer guiding them through and then you eventually take calls yourself. There is an exam at the end of training that takes about 1-2 hours and your continuing in the program depends on you passing that exam, which is open note.
