Former Unit Fitness Program Manager at United States Air Force
about 2 years ago
Every morning I had to attend meetings with everyone on the commander support staff as well as the commander. I am to provide explanation of the fail/pass rate of the entire squadron and answer for why an airman is not current if anyone was past due on their physical fitness test. On occasion, I would have to go to the gym to help give fitness tests (counting pushups, sit-ups, run-time). If a member of my squadron were to fail, a meeting with the airman, their supervisor and the first shirt would need to be made and LORs need to be given. Also, computer/paperwork needs to be done before and after an airman takes their test.
