Very sound training programs and not limited to the position. When on board, you would be paired with a mentor (mine was my teammate) and have virtual orientation introducing the organization, procedures and international available resources, which is similar to any Fortune 500 companies. Systematic position-oriented training including shadowing process would last until you are fully skilled to operate independently. The workload varies but you would have excellent personal development opportunities from technical to soft skills. The environment is excellence driven and do encourage consistent learning if you were placed in a great team; plenty of chances of switching to other internal positions after 1.5-2 years on broad, especially more technical advanced ones; promotion more depends on the condition of the team and the whole organization.
