If you have no swimming background, that is okay! Goldfish will provide all the proper training in order for you to succeed. Make sure that you focus on customer service and give examples on how you managed or confronted anything customer service related. Go in with a smile and do your research! One of the main components Goldfish focuses on is safety and how it can be applied to children of all ages!

Be prepared to talk about your swim experience, and if you have none (I didn’t), Goldfish really values teamwork and positivity, so stress your enthusiasm and happy attitude. Experience working with children also helps, so include any babysitting or nanny experience.
