You really have to be at the top of your game, even when you aren't working. Personal fitness is crucial. With the responsibilities that were given to me there was a certain standard I needed to attain and maintain in order to complete my daily duties. You also need to maintain a balance of work, social, mental, and physical health. Take the time out of your day to do your job, complete your homework, spend time socializing, and focusing on your mental strength and health.
