This job has a great balance, where when you are in the office, you are at work. However, when you clock out, you are not expected to continue working. The most work done outside of business hours would be personal goals to improve conversation skills or building a more natural script to your call (both things that are extremely helpful in everyday life, i.e. learning how to shape an elevator pitch).
Typically shifts are only 3 to 4 hours per day so it’s not terribly time consuming. You should be able to accomplish all your school assignments or social activities before or after work. All the shifts are typically after lunchtime and end at 9.
