First of all, you don't need to be very nervous. Most advisors are looking for students who know what they have done for research and how they did it. So what you need to do is to review your CV/resume again. Try to recall what you have done for the projects in details and how/why. If you still have time to do more, it'll be helpful to read the publication of your potential advisor in recent 3-5 years. Based on his/her research, you will have an idea about his research and may raise up some question for the end of the interview.

To prepare, you should demonstrate some interest in scientific research, especially in the field of physics, chemistry, or math. If you have had any prior research experience, bring that up and explain what you learned from it . You should also read papers published by a specific lab that you're interested in, and reference them during the interview.
