Well it depends what campus you play for, what ministry, and what day it is.
For me, I play main stage at one of the regional campuses. So, usually the week prior or longer, the songs will be posted on PCO (Planning Center Online), you should know the songs prior to practice. We arrive for practice on Thursday evening, it starts at 7:00pm, but I'm usually there about 15 minutes early to make sure my gear is set up the way I like it, then I can be ready to go right at 7. Each band member will sound check individually, then we will play through the songs. A typical practice is roughly 45 minutes to an hour, but some are shorter and some are longer. It depends on the weekend, how many songs and if we're doing a new song.
Our Sunday morning call time is 6:30 am, again I usually arrive slightly early. We will sound check again, then play through each song usually once in the morning. Then we take a short break. After the break we will come back out and do what we call run through, this is basically a "mock service." This is to test transitions between songs for both the band, and tech team, and that mornings speaker will usually come and test their verbal as well. We then go back to the green room and relax a bit, and then we have two services to play after that. One at 9:00 am and another at 11:00 am.
