I would dress in professional clothing, but also keep in mind that the job can require you to sit on the floor with students so be sure to think about that when it comes to clothing choices for the interview. I would be sure to bring a hard copy of your resume, even though you have already sent it with the application. The interview will be with one or all of the administrators (the head of school, assistant head of school, and/or the head of the special education department). Come prepared with any questions you may have about which grade levels you might be working with as the school is grades K-8.
