It changes every day. Usually in the morning I assess my tasks for the day, participate in a conference call, and contact doctor’s offices. Later in the morning and afternoon I call CareSource members (clients) to follow up on their hospital discharge, answer questions, and schedule in-person visits. Depending on the day, I visit between 1 and 4 members, usually at their homes. Sometimes I schedule visits at libraries, McDonald’s, or members’ doctor’s offices. In between there are sometimes online trainings. There are also opportunities to speak with members at events, such as community health fairs.
