I would read the job description to make sure you are familiar with all the requirements for the position. They typically offer different scenarios and ask how you would handle them. For example, they may ask about your experience with Autism. Applied Behavioral Analysis is commonly used with students with Autism. Sometimes people disagree with that methodology when addressing difficult behaviors. The interviewer may ask how you would handle a scenario where you disagreed with how a teacher handled a situation. Also, be prepared to answer if you would be willing to take a substitute position if the permanent position is taken.
