Gap Inc.'s culture mimics it's clothing style- very relaxed and causal. The environment was pretty slow and average paced, leadership was very easy going and friendly, and the company in general is very welcoming and accepting.

From my experience working at my Old Navy branch, the company has an open door policy. If you see something or hear something that is wrong, a manager will take care of it immediately. They do their best to make sure everyone has the skills and knowledge they need to accomplish the jobs their position requires of them. It has been a very friendly environment, in my experience, with individuals that want to see you succeed. This company offers a lot of room for growth as you can easily move up within. I hope those answers help you and others understand the position better.

Gap has an amazing company culture. They truly respect one another, and are always understanding. Gap holds a strong teamwork mindset and wants everyone, whether long-time customer or brand-new employee, to feel equally respected and cared for.

The company culture is pretty relaxed, birthdays are celebrated but overall it has much less of a “family” vibe and more of a friendly coworker vibe.

Gap, Inc. company's culture is engaing and inviting. It is hip and a team member is one of the first people to know which styles are "in" before the general public.
