I feel like the best advice for an interview at Perspectives Behavioral Health Management would be to make sure that you are prepared to work in the mental health field. You should be knowledgeable with atleast some diagnosis for example: bipolar, depressive disorders, ADD/ADHD, schizophrenia. I feel like having basic knowledge with these diagnosis can get you mentally prepared for the job. Perspectives Behavioral Health Management stresses the best care to IWS (Individuals We Serve). Last tip would be to know your strengths and what you could provided to these IWS's and to the treatment team. My experience has been just a caring heart. <3
