Good question! Besides the standard show up on time, dress professionally, be polite, etc. I would say practice your audition songs for a group of friends or colleagues first. Though you may feel comfortable playing/singing, you can have a chance to practice being animated. Appearing relaxed and confident while singing can go a long way.
Also, when I interviewed for my internship with Meaningful Day Services, I wanted to reinforce how I had a lot of experience working with children. However, the ages served at MDS range from infants to older adults. So it's ok if you're like me and only had extended experience with one population prior to interviewing, but in my opinion, it might look good if you could share experiences working with multiple different populations of multiple age groups.
