To be honest, I don't have too much experience networking with recruiters but one thing that helps is to do research and share your interest with the company/industry. This doesn't necessarily mean sharing your love for Bruno Mars, but having a conversation about why you admire the label, the roster of artists and work they have done together. This could even include your passion for music or video production. You don't always have to specify on why you like a specific thing of the company, but just sharing your interest and passion and the industry shows how much you hope to gain experience from a company like that. People will notice how much you care and love something when you discuss these things and truly mean it. One other tip I have is not to be intimated by the recruiter because they are a person like you.
