On the Sales side, you come in and check emails, then make calls to see how you can support the accounts you are responsible for. You have a minimum call expectation each day and manage accounts with a CRM tool. You may have conference calls/meetings you have to attend as well. I also schedule informational meetings with different departments of the company to better understand various roles and how each position aligns with the vision of the company. You don’t get micromanaged, so you are responsible for your own success and managing your time properly!
