I was able to turn my internship into a full-time position. My advice here is to be upfront with your assigned supervisor about the fact that you are interested in such a position (I think generally this is assumed to be the case); to be social and have a good attitude about your work; to show a desire to learn and take on new responsibilities; to discuss your professional/academic interests with your supervisor and co-workers; and at times when work isn't coming your way, to spend your time learning new skills and software.
I was looking at the offer for an internship position. Is the internship a part time or full time for the Arup Position. I am interested in the Renewable energy aspect of the job. What do you think I should include when I am going to try to earn the certification's in a couple of years? Thank you.
