You usually have about 6-10 small projects on the docket at a given time. Only 1-2 of these will be new designs, the rest are usually changes the client is requesting. Its pretty chill in the office, very quiet though. You can come and go as you please and there isn't a super hard start time. They do notice how much you are away from your desk though. You'll win major points if you can come in early. The Delaware office starts at 8am sharp. Many people work remotely after 6 months. Some relocate around the US. It is much harder to be on the west coast and working east coast hours though, fyi.
