Personally, I would describe EY’s culture as inclusive and supportive. There are so many people that have helped me and guided me through my recruitment process and internship. They care about people and always willing to work with you to solve any problems that you have.
EY has an extremely inclusive company culture. Since I have started my internship, I have been assigned a peer mentor, a counselor, and a specific team to help me learn my new job functions. There is always someone I know I can reach out to when needed. EY is a huge company, so having this contacts is critical to not feel lost. With that being said, I am currently working on a project with RAP interns all in different states from me. The ability to network across regions is limitless.
EY's company culture is one of the most important reasons why a lot of EY employees take up the immense work pressure with such a positive atmosphere. We, at EY, foster a culture of knowledge sharing, room for personal expansion, diversity and above all open and direct one-to-one communication. I never would imagine myself working in such a fun corporate culture before joining EY. People are extremely friendly and always ready to assist you with anything you might be facing, that being job related issues or not, and believe me I have experienced both whereby EY stood by me till the end.
As a service firm, EY’s culture is people-focus. Employees are considered the company’s best resources. I was impressed that my team members treated me and took my opinions as full-time staff. I felt comfortable expressing myself and discussing my concern about the project with other team members. Teamwork is also an essential part of EY’s culture. Each team member was assigned which all contributed to the engagement; therefore, cooperation and communication are crucial for productivity. Finally, we make a commitment to deliver the best to our clients with the optimal solution to their problem.
