Show how positive you are about working with children of all abilities.
You need to have patience (lot of it!) and the ability to follow your supervising teacher's directions concerning all students.
You need to be able to maintain confidentiality towards your students. Do not talk about your students with anyone outside of the classroom.
I recommend you are someone who is capable of working with anyone, different personalities, and are able to take direction/critique well. You also need to be responsible and reliable to show up to work each day and do your job without problems. Do not let your personal life interfere with your duties.
