The day life is awesome. You are there helping the students as well as the potential students that are planning on attending BYU-Idaho. There are rotations during each shift, sometimes you are at the front desk and sometimes you are on the phones. You learn about your schedule while you are there. It is also helpful if you speak another language because you get to serve more students while applying that language.
You help students that have some problems with the application, or have some questions, some leaders call you as well about endorsements, and some students that are transferring, as well as students that are outside the country. For that reason is important that you learn about all the ways you can help each person. And you would always have the supervisors who would be helping you in any question you might have.
