If you're working full days you will help the children with their full routine throughout the day. You serve them AM snack, do an activity (craft, experiment, etc...) with them, have free play time, go outside, help them eat lunch, do an afternoon activity, maybe go outside again, PM snack, etc... All throughout the day you're responsible for changing those who are not independent and helping toilet those who are not independent, as well as being aware of a child's specific health needs and concerns and keeping a close watch over those. For example; a child who has a seizure disorder should be watched regularly to make sure she's not exhibiting signs of a seizure.
