Former Inclusion/Special Education Teacher at Hancock County School District
almost 3 years ago
I would prepare as I would for any interview. Dress the part. Do not wear jeans. Make sure you do some research about the district and the school. If you have knowledge of the current scores and position of the school as compared to other schools in the district, you will have a leg up. Make your resume short and to the point, focusing only on the things that apply to the job you are applying for. You can always share other experience in the interview. Be direct and ask questions about the job and what is expected. The interviewer will respect you if you show interest.
