20th Century Fox always has a very welcoming environment and allow background actors to have a lot of interaction with the helping hands on set. Its always great to network with PAs and make friends while you're at it. Overall, it's a very good place to learn a thing or two and gain experience of being on movie sets.

They take care of their employees well. They provided snacks, coffee, and a gym for us. The internship program was also very inclusive and held many functions for the interns for the entire FOX lot to join and mingle in. I didn't ever really attend them because if you have a FOX email, you can email and connect with ANYONE who works at Fox, so I spent most of my lunches getting to know crafty or G & E on the lot, or having lunch dates with on air promo, or seeing people in marketing over at Searchlight. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity, so really utilize your connections there. People want to help you, you just need to make it happen. Set up as many informationals in whatever department peaks your interest. You may like the idea of PR, and go in, and hate it. That's fine, but see what else you'd enjoy within the entertainment business.
