Prepairing for the interview is not as hard as it seems. At first, I was highly nervous, as I'm sure most people are. However, the employers are very friendly and allow you to take as much time as you need. When you go for the interview, keep in mind that that it is a panel interview, which consists of 3 employers. Do not get alarmed by this as right in front of you, you have a paper that has all of the interview questions already available. There are 8 questions total, 2 asking about your availability and transportation, 1 about if any questions should be asked, and the other 5 are quite simplistic, as they are your standard questions. The panel allows you adequate time to prepare a response and even give you water beforehand to ease your nervousness. All in all, I'd have to honestly say that it was the easiest interview I've been involved in. Since then, I've had another panel and had great success. I know that you'll persevere as I did, and go in there knowing you'll give it your all.
