When you come in for a shift at Authority Gymnastics, you are assigned a class that you teach each week. The classes are assigned by your experience as a coach and what age group you are most interested in. First, you greet and welcome the gymnasts and their parents, next you warm them up by calling out agilities, then you lead stretches. After stretching you follow a rotation of stations with the other class occurring at the same time. These stations include things like bars, beam, vault, floor, and trampoline. At the end of class, you lead exercises or a game.
