Usually referees ref on weekends (travel soccer and recreational), but occasionally there will be week day games (high school refereeing). Most of the time you’ll get 1-3 games a week unless there is a tournament.

Your days as a ref are always different and are different for everyone. You should show up 30 minutes before your game time, make sure to check in the time and warm up, and then just referee the game as normal. From there you either move to your next games or are finished for the day.
Really its up to you guys to make your own schedule. You can do as many or as little games as you choose. Doing games at any age level at whatever time you want. So honestly it depends. I prefer working on the weekends and doing tournaments and doing like 8-10 games over the weekend.
