Very laid back, comfortable culture. People are incredibly nice and it has a family feel. There's probably around 75-100 people in the office and a great deal of time is spent collaborating with the teams in San Francisco, Atlanta, and Cincinnati. There is a lot of software to foster communication and collaboration (like a Microsoft Surface Hub). Working from home capabilities are allowed up to twice per week. For 14 weeks in the summer, they have "summer hours" where every employee gets to leave at 1pm - provided their work is done/in a good place. Most holiday weekends allow early releases as well. The first 6 months (if you're a college graduate) are spent as an EDP Analyst (Executive Development Program) where you spend ~25% of your time working with the other "EDP-ers" on a group project of your choosing. This gets presented at the end of the 6 month period with a presentation.
