This position is not an entry level position. Your work is finished when you've accomplished your goals. Don't ask about hours, benefits, compensation, and perks. All those questions are to be answered down the road when negotiations become more serious. Again, this position would very unlikely be offered at a job fair. I would ask for a brief description of job responsibilities. This would be applicable for any position being recruited for at a career fair. Lastly, as a potential recruit for any career fair you should have an elevator speech prepared so that you can present yourself in the best light possible at the fair. Your first impression will go a long way in getting you further consideration and do your research about the companies that you are interested in at the fair. Have some questions prepared to ask the recruiters.
