The interview process is structured so that there is an initial behavioral/situational question interview, a technical interview that involves code, and final more conversational interview with the department head. For the first interview round, I would suggest preparing situations that highlight your teamwork, problem solving, leadership, and communication skills. The purpose of the technical interviews is to demonstrate your baseline database query abilities and your critical thinking strategies. Here I would highlight any previous school or professional experience you have regarding database coding and data manipulation while putting emphasis on being a quick learner. The final interview is very relaxed and I spent nearly the enter interview asking questions to the director, rather than the other way around. This interview is a good way to highlight your curiosity and to relate past experiences with your interview to see if you are a good overall fit for the company.
