For an application development analyst position interview at Accenture,Person(he/she) should ensure that they’re thorough with the basic technical and analytical skills required . He/she should brush up all the concepts that I have learnt so far. Along with the technical skills, make sure that he/she possess the corporate behavioural skills expected by any organization. In addition to this, He/she should be pretty confident to deal with any situation with minimal stress and great spontaneity with the knowledge he/she possessed .

I joined Accenture as an Application Development Associate and was promoted to Analyst after a year. To prepare for the position of Associate, which is usually for undergraduates so they do not expect you to know much, you need to have good communication skills and should be confident with whatever you answer. Knowledge of any programming language is an added advantage. Since you are fresh out of college with no prior working experience, Accenture puts you through a rigorous 2 months training program which is famously known as GFT (Green Field Training). I believe the GFT is for all Accenture employees globally. These two months could be the best two months of your life as you get to make new friends, learn a new technology and stay in the company sponsored accommodation. I really enjoyed this time to the fullest. You have to take two tests to pass this training program.
For Analyst roles, interview process gets a little difficult to crack as more stress is laid on technical skills. You should really know about whatever you have in your resume and should be able to answer questions related to it. Prior working experience in any technology is a must for this position.
