Marketing Analyst Intern at PepsiCo

I think a collaborative mindset is key to success at PepsiCo. Even if you're in Marketing, the types of projects you'll be given will require you to work cross-functionally with people from Finance, Sales, Design, R&D, and other divisions. You need to be able to collaborate with different types of people and teams to get a 360 sense of how your ideas might work within the larger Pepsi matrix.

I best way to succeed at PepsiCo is to make the most of your time. Some days, you will have downtime. It is how you use that downtime that will allow you to succeed. During this time, its important for you to walk around the plant to learn more about the process or network with other engineers to learn from their experience. Making the most of your time at your internship is what PepsiCo wants you to do.

Accounting Controls Intern at PepsiCo

You should be knowledgeable about the basic underlying accounting concepts and be able to work independently and figure out how to solve any challenges that arise; however, managers and those above you are always there to help. You should also be able to work under pressure, as we have our close every month in which responsibilities have to be completed accurately within a certain time frame, and many time things go wrong or don’t tie out since we are dealing with such big numbers in our financial statements.

Delivery Assistant at PepsiCo

To succeed at PepsiCo, one must be able to work the whole day start to finish with the same intensity. You must also be able to spend long periods of time with the driver, so if you get annoyed easily, this is not the job for you. You have to be able to make it to work every day, because without the delivery assistants help, the driver would have to work until 8 pm.
