It can be very hectic. It invloves dealing with a plethora of different personalities and accompanying problems. Just think of how annoyed you get when something doesn't work on your phone or when you personally have lost your phone etc. These are the problems you will be dealing with. Add to that the pressure of sales. Getting these people with these problems to trust you and lsiten to you so that you can recommend products and services to them. Now mind you this job invloves a LOT of patience. It is not for everyone. I was in the job for three years and it was the biggest learning experience for me. Taught me patience. However, patience must be accompanied by a strong sales ethic.
