You need to be a self-starter, detail-oriented person who is willing to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously--all while maintaining a positive attitude. This is an environment with high-level executives. On multiple occasions, I was tasked with handling sensitive information. I worked with the head of communications during the Roger Ailes scandal. This was before the #MeToo and #TimesUp movement. You must be able to think on your feet, remain professional and be able to make decisions based off of logic--not emotion.
