Your success in this program depends on the amount of effort and dedication you put into the position. It also is helpful to have great communication skills. High quality communication face to face, over the phone, and via email are all key to success. One must also be able to listen and connect. Listening to your customers and being able to understand their needs and connect with them will take you far.
