When it comes to being a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams Paint Company, ownership over your personal work is key. In this role, the employee is in charge of all steps which involves greeting the customer, advising them on certain products, accurately entering the order into the system, pulling and tinting the correct product, making sure that the product is accurate for their needs, accurately putting in a purchase order number for certain accounts, and many other steps. Being in this position, you have to be able to listen, recommend and satisfy. If there is an issue down the road, it will typically fall into the employees hands.
