The project work is very research focused. For someone who is learning motivated, this would be ideal. But as a goal oriented person, the project didn't motivate me as much. Overall, the project work was impactful and useful for the research chemists which made it feel worth it for me. The mentorship in the department is exceptional!

As being a PhD student in analytical chemistry, my work is always oriented to the research project. The innovative ideas to succeed the project is a part of research. At the same time, handling instrument, learning them, troble-shooting, operating them, and analyzing produced data to get the conclusive result is another important part. I always like to learn the new things is my drving force. Supporting lab enviroment and mentorship are the key factors to get succeeded in a project and get the impactful outcomes which always motivated me to work as an analytical research chemist.
