Sherwin Williams did not offer a formal mentorship program in my experience, but employees with more seniority are always will to teach and help out those with less experience. They also practice a lead generation program called "tee time" that pairs store assistant managers with sales reps to make lead gen calls to both current and prospective customers. This helps drive dollars and gallons growth for your store, and gives you an opportunity to learn more about the sales rep role to see if its something you would like to work towards.
