Ownership of your work is very important. Everything you do is helpful in some way. Other workers acknowledge the time and effort you put into your work and your time is very valuable. In everything you do at Willis Towers Watson, you should expect to own up to it, whether it’s right or wrong. Everyone is supportive, but expects you to take ownership of every project that’s given to you.

As an intern, you take the responsibilities as if you where a full on employee because the company is actually depending on you to get the job done and help them out. You are gaining a full experience of work and also the company is getting another thing off there to-do list. From my experience, taking full ownership over your job even if you are just an intern is important because it makes you a reliable employee for a future reference and for the time being it keeps a healthy work place.
