Yes, United Airlines had a mentorship program. I participated in one for aspiring pilots. They do not pay for anything, but they introduce you to someone who can answers questions and give pointers for your journey. It has been more than 15 years since I worked there, so I am not sure what the program looks like now.

United does offer a mentorship program. For the Business Development Intern role, you are given a mentor who works in the sales division of the company. You work together to plan and execute events on campus.
