Yes, United Airlines had a mentorship program. I participated in one for aspiring pilots. They do not pay for anything, but they introduce you to someone who can answers questions and give pointers for your journey. It has been more than 15 years since I worked there, so I am not sure what the program looks like now.

United does offer a mentorship program. For the Business Development Intern role, you are given a mentor who works in the sales division of the company. You work together to plan and execute events on campus.
Yes, we have a 12-month one-on-one mentoring program open to hired UA management and administrative employees. The program is voluntary and participants are expected to meet for at least 1 hour per month. The objective is to Promote career development, build cross-organizational skills, networking and enhance diversity. After being hired there is an application to file by October 1st. Internships. We also have paid internships for students to provide hands-on, real-world experience. Internships are available each semester and are located in various US locations. The internships range from a minimum of 10 weeks and can last as long as 6 months. Areas of interning include Airport Operations, eCommerce, Engineering, Finance, Flight OPs(pilot), HR, IT, Marketing, Planning, Social Media. There is also a Co-Op program for a minimum of three semesters/four quarters of work assignments
