Chat and Social Media Tour Consultant at EF Education First

The Chat and Social Media Tour Consultant position was one I created with my managers. At the time, I was managing client care and sales on social media while also working in phone sales. To better help the business, I suggested we offer a chat function on our website which had not been done before. I helped my managers find the appropriate software to use and managed the chat function on our website while still working on social media. That is how my title changed and I had created my own role. So skills one would need for my position would be sales, patience, writing skills, attention to detail and can work in a fast paced environment.
