Former Activity Leader and Administrative Assistant Intern at EF Education First

The training program for an Activity Leader and Administrative Assistant Intern at EF Education first is both rigorous and extremely enjoyable and interactive. Reputable global EF leaders came to provide their insight, expectations, and support to the newly arrived interns. Our training centered around customer satisfaction, social interaction and continuous improvement of the relationship between EF employees and students participating in the program. We were presented different scenarios at which we formed our own reactions and conversations. I was also lucky enough to train beside a long-term employee at EF Munich who showed me the ropes and strings of the day to day jobs of an activity leader and administrative assistant intern. I was also expected to constantly learn and observe the way other teachers and assistants interacted with students and dealt with their challenges or concerns. After our 1-2 week training, we were expected to handle things on our own and make independent decisions in various scenarios.
