Complete ownership, as is the case with any applicator job. As a certified applicator it is detrimental to understand the products you use and the laws associated with application work. It is on the applicator if a legal problem arises from the application process (ex. a spill over 5 gal or spraying too close to water). Sometimes things happen in the scheduling/selling process and you're asked by a customer to do something only you realize is against the law, it is your responsibility to refuse because it would solely be on you if you were to break the law. The company understands this and will help to deal with fixing the situation. Other smaller issues (ex. poor directions on what to spray, missed a plant) will be covered by the company, they are very understanding, as such things happen.
