Full ownership; You want to make sure that everything handed to you such as the deposit slips are filled out correctly and accurately. Your work such as the deposit slips are audited by a manager and that counts toward your work performance. Also, you will have your own cash drawer. Every work shift, you will need to make sure you cash drawer balance. There will be days when there will be surprised cash drawer audits, whether it be when you first arrive or before you leave. All of this goes toward your work performance.
