Deli Sales Associate at Walmart

The hourly rate I believe for Deli is $11 an hour. It might be higher working on the fresh side of the store (recent changes to pay I'm not positive other than at least $11 hourly). Overtime is $16 hourly. There is a chance to recieve quarterly bonuses depending on store performance. The bonuses have a chance to be around $300 depending on full time or part time. You also get a discount card worth 10% all non grocery items.

Former Sales Associate at Walmart

Expected compensation should be right around $11.00/hour. That was my base pay when I was hired, and a little over 6 months, I was given a raise of about $0.22, which doesn’t seem like much but it definitely shows in the paychecks.
