Depends on how much you want to work or how much of a social life you want. They really only care as long as you work 20 hours but they can offer you up to 38. If you would rather have a social life then a lot of hours I would recommend not working in Caps department or a stalker, those require you to work a lot and a set schedule. Departments that would work the best for a social life would be: Photo Lab Sporting goods Hardware Crafts Cashier

Work and life can easily be balanced depending on your shift schedule, but if you work as a team to get the job done in a timely manor then you could get done early or on time and still be able to do what you want or need later on in the day. Most Online Pickup Services are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. so if you have early morning classes you could always just do a small midday shift and be out in time for any afternoon classes or activities you may be in.
