You need to be willing to learn something new everyday. You need to be able to sit through a meeting, take good notes on whats going on as well as things you don't know, and then take the time to reach out to someone and have them explain it all to you. People here understand that this is a complex industry and not many know every detail. Along with that, being able to communicate well is key, but again I think the main point should be to listen well and come back with questions letting them know you want to learn more.
