Before you approach J&J at the career fair, make sure you know everything about the company. Make sure you do your research and find out about what the company does, what global projects it is involved in, and what ways the company is innovating. You can also go the extra mile, and reach out to J&J employees on LinkedIn and find out what J&J is and what the company looks for in employees. Trust me, they will be more than happy to help you out.

My biggest pieces of advice would be to do some research about internship or co-op programs that might interest you ahead of time, and do to some research about J&J as a company. The Johnson & Johnson credo is a major part of the culture, and it emphasizes hard work and integrity, so I would recommend reading that ahead of time as well. Finally, come prepared with business attire and resumes. Talk to as many people as possible, be ready to highlight your achievements, ask intelligent questions, and show your interest!
