Come in typically EARLY because your first client is likely at 6am, you will often have back to back clients through 9 or 10, then typically not many people until either noon, or not until after work around 4 or 5 - then you could have sessions until 8 or 9pm. You can work towards getting certified as a group fitness instructor - spinning, barre, or other classes offered and could sprinkle those classes in throughout your day as well.
Also, there is no free parking, so make sure you are arriving early enough to try and park in the neighborhoods a few blocks away for free. Often it can be hard to get a spot, and it's definitely not fun in winter or when it's raining. (This is specifically for the downtown location)
