You are given a "fake person" and need to go through a 30 minute training session with them (This will be done by one of the owners typically). They may have 'injuries" or a goal they are wanting to attain, so you need to be able to create a workout that fits their needs.
You then have to perform the 30 minute session with warm up, plan execution (making sure to teach them the move if they do not know it) and cool down/ stretches.
Be personable and knowledgable. It can be intimidating when you are having to train another trainer, but just own it.
